Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the tools in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and a copy of your RMA form to ensure proper processing.

Ship the Return

Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and send the package via a traceable carrier; we recommend insuring high-value industrial equipment.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality and completeness, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
